Voyage was a first-person puzzle-platform game I worked on in 2013. The game was heavily inspired by the Portal game series and also Mirror’s Edge game series. It has a unique game idea/mechanic which I refer to as Force Perspective.
Force Perspective is about manipulating object size by changing the perspective between camera and object. By changing the perspective, player could make objects become smaller, or larger. Changing objects sizes could also affect their other attributes.
Using Force Perspective and some Parkour mechanics borrowed from Mirror’s Edge, I designed environmental puzzles and some fast-paced scenarios.
Unfortunately, the development process on Voyage was stopped after I finished working on prototype.
